As realtors, we know all about location and what makes a neighbourhood great. One of the things that makes Clarkson/Lorne Park a great place to live is Rattray Marsh. Acres of beautiful walking trails through the woods and along the water - it is an amazing place to run, walk the dog, take the kids for a picnic or just take a moment to be at peace. This Father’s Day, Credit Valley Conservation is holding a clean-up day called Uproot the Uprise. Plants like buckhorn are invasive to the marsh, and choke out the native plants. Uproot the Uprise hopes to control the spread of these invasive species by digging up the mature plants. It should be a fun and fulfilling morning of work from , plus, snacks will be provided.
