This weekend in Mississauga is sure to be a good one. Here is a list of some of the live music, theatre and festivals in Peel.
The 12th annual Buskerfest kicks off this Friday August 15th. Head over to Memorial park for acrobats, sword-swallowers, musical acts, magicians, contortionists, high flying stunts and more! You can ever take a class and learn how to be a busker yourself, and don't forget to check out the food. There's just too much to explain here, so go to their website for more info! http://www. portcreditbuskerfest.com/

On Friday night the Leslie Log House (map) will play host to The Bard's Bus Tour. The travelling group makes it's first stop in Mississauga with Shakespeare's The Tempest. The show begins at 7:30 at the Bradley Museum. Best of all, it's free!
Alex Sinclair will delight audiences on Friday with the On The Veranda Summer Concert Series at Benares Historic House. He has a soft folky style that will help you relax, or get up and dance!
Corn. Pig Roasts. Live Music. Three of our favorite summer things! This Saturday head over to the Streetsville Legion for a pulled pork sandwich, BBQ corn on the cob, and Chris Partland Band from 6pm to midnight!
